I find that with fad diets you get out of them exactly what you put in. If you work hard and stay consistent that you get the results you seek; however, if you don’t work hard than you don’t get the results you seek.
I’ve tried diets, appetite suppressants, you name it. None of it has worked for me beyond the life event that I pursued them for. Willing to try Dr. Ro’s advice now…seems like the only real thing I can depend on. I’ll be watching the View next Tues.
Peace!
Great article, but are you somebody who suffers themselves? Were you diagnosed early as a child? Just curious as your perspective seems unique.
Thanks a lot for your article. Lots of guys and gals who are struggling to lose weight, including myself will surely benefit from this.
Hey i love your blog, found it while randomly surving a couple days ago, will keep checking up. Btw yesterday i was having troubles reaching the site. Cya…
I like this data and it has given me some sort of desire to have success for some reason, so keep up the good work. Furthermore I´m definitely thinking about mentioning these figures in my own blog!
Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
